We have an opening for a 360 (Full Desk) IT recruiter to join our Progressive Global Energy team at SThree in San Diego This is an exciting opportunity to work face to face with clients who power our city.
The ideal candidate will have a background in IT recruitment and sales. If this sounds like you, please review the below responsibilities and requirements.Responsibilities:
Manage candidate delivery and client relations of the recruitment life cycle
Drive business development to expand existing accounts and create new relationships
Negotiate contracts
Identify the best candidates for niche job opportunities
Manage the candidate's experience
Close job offers
Oversee the onboarding process for recently hired ambassadors
Requirements:
As a suitable applicant, you must be:1+ years of IT recruiting experience
1+ years of B2B Sales experience
Customer service oriented
Motivated by success and career growth
Highly competitive
Coachable and willing to implement feedback
Adept at building strong relationships
