Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting employees and trainees
  • Point of contact for managers and employees regarding labor law questions
  • Conducting the entire recruitment process
  • Preparing employment contracts and references
  • Preparatory tasks for payroll and collaboration with the relevant service provider
  • Maintaining and digitizing the personnel management system
  • Workforce planning and personnel marketing

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training with at least 2 years of professional experience in human resources
  • Professional experience in recruitment
  • Basic knowledge in payroll and time management
  • An instructor aptitude test is an advantage
  • Empathetic and communicative work style
