    Chat Assassins

    is a Premium Marketing Company, Lead and Operated by 87% Women. Corporate Headquarters are based in Miami, Florida with 130+ team members all over Latin America, and clients worldwide. We work with Personal Brands and support them with turning social media followers into customers.

    We are looking for a qualified Content manager to join our team.

    Your duties will include managing a team of content creators, creating and implementing content project schedules, sharing content to raise brand awareness and monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices.

    Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable creative writing skills. As a Content manager, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented.

    If you are also an expert in content optimization and brand consistency, we would like to meet you.


    This is a hybrid role, and willl require 1-3 times per week meetings in Downtown Miami with our CEO to plan content startegies, oversee content recording, and traveling for conferences may be required (sponsored).

    Responsibilities
    Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
    Collaborate with marketing and video editing teams to plan and develop content, style and layout
    Publish content
    Create copy for captions and scripts for reels
    Optimize content according to SEO
    Manage content distribution to all possible online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
    Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board
    Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
    Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience's attention
    Requirements and skills
    Proven work experience as a Content manager
    Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
    Familiarity with social media and up to date with viral video trends in the coaching space
    Excellent writing skills in English
    Attention to detail
    Good organizational and time-management skills
    BSc in Marketing or relevant field preferred
