    Description
    We are seeking an Account Director with a background in the Financial Services sector to join our growing team.

    The Account Director is responsible for building and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring client satisfaction, expanding accounts and opportunities, and improving client retention.

    This role will be focused on driving business growth within the Financial Services, Industrial, Technology (FIT) Business Unit.

    The ideal candidate is a strong strategic thinker with deep experience in the United States Financial Services sector (consumer banking, insurance, wealth, and/or payments).

    This high-visibility role will require travel (up to 50%) to meet client stakeholders, build relationships, and expand into other buyers within client organizations.

    Role and ResponsibilitiesProtect and grow client accounts; add and/or expand business each quarterServe as the key liaison between Bounteous and our clients Develop and manage strategic account management plans that establish relationships enterprise-wide, identify and mitigate threats, uncover opportunities, and raise Bounteous' strategic role within client organizationsIntimately understand the client's brand and objectivesServe as a client partner and advocate; articulate and hold the full-range of client concerns Lead new Statement of Work kickoffs and customer on-boarding processes with internal stakeholders and systemsFacilitate and execute contracts and agreementsEnsure proper collections through close review and reconciliationDevelop, coordinate, and implement strategic digital initiativesBenchmark state-of-the-art practices; influence profit and service improvementsDirect our clients and internal teams towards the best solutionsUnderstand the scope of programs as defined by the business requirements and budget processParticipate in key planning milestones; serve as a guide to the design and development teams from initiation through execution and completionDevelop and prepare client scorecards and dashboards to demonstrate high-level results and trendsProvide clients with relevant and actionable reporting, analytics, and consultation Assist in pitch, closing, and negotiating contractsTravel (up to 50%) to meet client stakeholders, build relationships, and expand into other buyers within client organizationsPreferred Qualifications5+ years of client service, digital marketing, or account management experience3+ years of experience at a digital-first agency/consultancy required 3+ years of relevant experience in the United States Financial Services sector (consumer banking, insurance, wealth, and/or payments), either client-side or as a trusted advisor Experience supporting clients or business leveraging platforms such as Drupal and Adobe a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects in an ever-changing environmentOutstanding listening and presentation skillsStrong conflict resolution and negotiation skillsStrong communicator with all levels of leadership, management, and staff to achieve desired outcomes and build strong alliances and relationships Proven experience delivering client-focused solutions to support their goalsBA/BS degree or equivalent consulting agency experience preferredAbility to regularly work on-site with clients and travel up to 50% of the time$93,000 - $125,000 a yearIndividual pay is determined by many factors, including experience, relevant education or training, and organizational needs.

    The mid-range to maximum of the salary range is generally reserved for individuals who are highly experienced in the role.
