    BrightCore is seeking

    interim Director of Accounting Consultant

    for an Atlanta based company.

    Hybrid work location (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).

    Responsibilities / Nature of Work:
    Lead the monthly close process and manages the general ledger systems, reporting, and related controls using Blackline Task management tool
    Assist with establishing and monitoring compliance with financial reporting and consolidation processes and controls
    Lead responsibility for assembling the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements packages
    Respond to ad-hoc requests from the senior leadership team in a timely manner
    Provide support if need for internal and external audit requests.
    Review account reconciliations and monitor overall compliance with account reconciliation policies and procedures using Blackline account reconciliation tool

    Requirements:
    10+ years of Corporate Accounting experience
    Team management
    Strong technical accounting & analytical skills
    CPA preferred
    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
