Looking for a professional challenge where you can shape the snack culture of tomorrow? We are Piasten, Bavaria's largest confectionery and Germany's largest dragee manufacturer. With 450 employees, we work at our location in Forchheim and have been part of Katjes International GmbH & Co. KG since 2014.
The Treets brand is the orange flagship of Piasten, the vibrant love brand of dragee junkies with a sense of sustainability and naturalness. It is mainly present on the European market with chocolate and peanut dragees and various other peanut products. The entire Treets portfolio is vegetarian, made with Fairtrade cocoa and natural ingredients. All dragees are coated with vegan colors, palm oil-free, and made in Germany.

We are currently looking for a full-time Process Manager (m/f/d) to join our company as soon as possible.

Your tasks: diverse & responsible

  • Planning and designing business processes
  • Defining process goals including relevant metrics (KPIs)
  • Coordinating, managing, implementing, and documenting these processes
  • Assessing, analyzing, and optimizing existing processes
  • Increasing efficiency and productivity through continuous improvement processes (CIP) or Lean Management methods
  • Coordinating between different departments
