Description
We are currently seeking a motivated Business Management Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team at our headquarters in Leipzig, Nessen City, MI.

Your responsibilities will include:
You will be responsible for managing the reception area and will support the management in all commercial and organizational matters
Your tasks will include:
- Organizing daily office operations and supporting the management in all commercial and organizational matters
- Welcoming and assisting employees, customers, and suppliers
- Placing orders and handling correspondence with customers, suppliers, authorities, and institutions (e.g. health insurance companies, insurance companies, leasing companies)
- Invoicing in consultation with the relevant departments
- Supporting the dispatch department in organizing, sales, and order processing
- Supporting the accounting department, especially in payroll and salary accounting, preparing accounts receivable and accounts payable, and maintaining personnel files
- Representing the management as instructed by the management in individual cases

Your qualifications:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with a focus on office management or a similar qualification
- You have a basic understanding of mathematics and logic and have solid knowledge of all MS Office applications
- Language skills: German/English/Arabic (written and spoken) desirable
- You are friendly, polite, communicative, and able to remain calm even in
