    ASM Global has a remarkable new opportunity available for a Part-time Custodian at Cowtown Coliseum. This role involves hands-on responsibilities for maintaining facility cleanliness in alignment with established standards and procedures, under the supervision of the Lead Custodian.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Sustain cleanliness and hygiene in designated areas consistently.
    • Thoroughly clean and sanitize workspaces, including floors, walls, glass surfaces, restrooms, etc.
    • Empty trash containers in assigned zones.
    • Monitor cleaning inventory and communicate needs to the supervisor.
    • Keep custodial equipment clean and well-maintained.
    • Maintain the organization of custodial storage areas.
    • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
    • Promptly report any unsafe or risky conditions to the supervisor.
    • Execute other tasks as delegated by the Lead Custodian and/or Operations Supervisor.

    Requirements:
    • Familiarity with various cleaning agents essential for the role.
    • Capability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions.
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • One year of janitorial or related experience.
    • Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance.
    • Competence in operating different floor cleaning machinery.

    Working Environment: Office setting with exposure to cleaning chemicals.

    Hours and Travel: May involve irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.

    Physical Demands:
    • Ability to read and comprehend text in print and on screens.
    • Hearing capability to perceive voices, alarms, bells, and horns clearly.
    • Perform tasks requiring repetitive eye/hand coordination.
    • Daily lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs.
    • Color distinction ability, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
    • Ability to climb ladders and stairs for stocking purposes.
    • Continuous standing, walking, stooping, and product handling.
