    Join our team as a Barista at PJ's Coffee!

    We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team as a Barista at PJ's Coffee. As a Barista, you will be the master craftsman of all our beverages and food items. Your role will involve creating a positive environment for customers and fellow team members while delivering fast, efficient, and friendly service consistently.

    Responsibilities

    • Present a positive image of PJ's to customers and coworkers
    • Proactively suggest new beverages, drink enhancements, snacks, and pastries to enhance customer experience
    • Prepare beverages and food according to PJ's Coffee standards
    • Ensure excellent customer service and store upkeep
    • Handle cash transactions accurately
    • Maintain store cleanliness and safety
    • Communicate operational needs to management
    • Adhere to company policies and safety regulations
    • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

    Qualifications

    • No prior Barista experience required; we will train you in our techniques
    • Outgoing and engaging personality
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
    • Proficient in various communication channels
