- Manage all aspects of the account-service process
- Markets clients to carriers
- Responds to client inquiries regarding enrollment, coverage, etc.
- Quickly responds to policy inquiries (email, phone)
- Assists with the census-gathering/preparing process
- Assists with Open Enrollment meetings/presentations
- Checks policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy
- Maintain accurate and organized account files
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 3+ years related benefits experience.
- Must have advanced Excel skills, strong verbal and written communication skills and team commitment.
- Must be hold, or be willing to obtain, a CA Life Agent license
