    Description

    Overview:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion.

    You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and deliverables are met on time and within budget.


    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and lead project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
    • Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
    • Conduct requirements analysis and gather stakeholder input to define project goals and objectives
    • Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, status reports, and risk assessments
    • Utilize project management tools such as Redmine, Kanban boards, and Project Server to track progress and manage tasks
    • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to discuss project updates, address issues, and make decisions
    • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
    • Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables
    • Implement continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen to optimize project processes
    • Collaborate with sales teams using Salesforce to ensure alignment between sales efforts and project execution
    • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in program management or project management roles
    • Strong technical writing skills for creating clear and concise project documentation
    • Experience with requirements analysis techniques to gather stakeholder input effectively
    • Ability to facilitate meetings with diverse stakeholders and drive consensus on key decisions
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
    • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
