We are currently looking for you as a Construction Manager for Infrastructure Projects (m/f/d) at one of our locations throughout Germany for the DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH.

Your responsibilities:

As a dedicated Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth execution of the construction projects assigned to you and also take on the technical leadership of the team on site.
You will coordinate and monitor subcontractor services and collaborate with relevant stakeholders (e.g. clients, planners, and authorities) in the preparation and implementation of construction projects.
You will ensure that construction contract law is correctly applied and take care of creating and maintaining constructionrelated documents (e.g. performance records).
To effectively manage your construction projects, you will provide performance, schedule, and qualityrelated reporting and use cost calculations and accounting proactively and consistently.
Your tasks also include identifying, creating, and negotiating change orders with the client.
