- Responsible for all station production planning including capacity, production scheduling, facility flow, resource and material availability.
- Assist in planning the process for manufacturing, assembly, and integration of the Axiom Station Modules according to appropriate lead times and manufacturing sequences.
- Work with material planning and production management to analyze bills of materials, work cell capacity, and material positioning to set production requirements.
- Monitoring and analysis of schedule performance.
- Assist in management of Station PPS budgets, equipment, and procurements.
- Responsible for development and continuous improvement of planning practices, processes, tools, standards, and training in compliance with Axiom policies.
- Implementation of continuous improvement of ERP and MES systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in technical, aerospace, or other related field.
- 7+ years of leadership, management, or program experience preferably in the aerospace field.
- Experience providing strategic road mapping for application of process improvements within a planning organization.
- Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Experience working in an Agile work environment preferred.
- Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
- Management has the prerogative to select at any level for which the position is advertised.
- Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
- Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods (90% of the time). May require lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. (5% of the time).
