    Description
    United Renewable Energy, LLC (URE):
    URE specializes in developing, designing, constructing, and maintaining solar photovoltaic and energy storage systems for various companies. The company has been established as an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction firm since 2008, with headquarters in Alpharetta, GA, and project locations spread across the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest regions. URE is known for its attention to detail and professionalism in both construction and business communications.
    Position Available: Construction Site Manager
    Responsibilities:
    • Oversee all on-site operations from start to finish, including:
      • Establishing site controls for traffic patterns, materials storage, subcontractor facilities, and site security.
      • Administering safety protocols in alignment with company standards and OSHA requirements.
      • Leading safety meetings and toolbox talks.
      • Maintaining logs in the Procore construction management application.
      • Managing subcontractors under the guidance of the Project Manager.
      • Ensuring construction activities align with design plans through continuous site inspections.
      • Conducting stormwater and pollution control inspections.
      • Managing rental facilities and coordinating with local authorities for inspections.
      • Supervising equipment and materials receipt and maintenance.
      • Communicating effectively with stakeholders including clients, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
    Qualifications:
    • High school graduate with post-education a plus.
    • Authorized to work in the USA with a valid Driver's License.
    • Experience in electrical or construction field (5+ years).
    • Previous supervisory or managerial experience (2+ years).
    • Strong management and communication skills.
    • Proficient in reading blueprints and equipment specifications.
    • Basic computer skills and willingness to work outdoors.
    • OSHA 30 certification preferred.

    • Main office in Cumming, GA, and satellite office in Asheville, NC.
