FAT Coordinator - Stuttgart (On-site) - Pharma / GMP - 12 months

One of our major clients is currently seeking a FAT Coordinator to assist with monitoring supplier tests for their current filling/closing project.

Start date: ASAP

Location: Springfield area

Work mode: On-site

Contract duration: 12 months

Responsibilities:

  • Tracking the various FAT tests being conducted and reporting/supporting the lead FAT Coordinator within the client organization with daily progress of tests in FAT.
  • Conducting daily interface meetings with the client and the supplier's qualification representatives. Participating in FAT tests and creating additional documentation for the client as deemed necessary by the organization.
  • Observing specific FAT tests being conducted by the supplier in cases where the client cannot be present, with the goal of ensuring that the tests are being conducted according to correct standards.
  • Tracking other filling lines in the construction/testing phases on the supplier's floor and conducting monitoring activities according to the structure/requirements of the client organization.

Qualifications:

  • GMP/Aseptic filling line experience/proficient in FAT
  • Engineering background and education
  • Stakeholder management and communication skills (highly valued)
