Your responsibilities:

  • Support of management, senior construction management, and project managers in the organization and implementation of technically demanding construction projects
  • Partially independent management of small and medium-sized construction projects in Mainz and the surrounding Rhine-Main area
  • Claims and defect management as well as project controlling (compliance with quality, deadlines, and costs as well as performance standards on construction sites)
  • Management of subcontractors

Your qualifications:

  • Completed degree in civil engineering or architecture
  • Ideally, first professional experience in construction management
  • Knowledge of RIB iTWO and MS Office
  • Independent
