We are looking for a competent and positive individual to join our team at our headquarters in handling and implementing administrative and financial tasks.

Y o u r R e s p o n s i b i l i t i e s

  • Independently and timely booking of wages and salaries using the SBS Lohn program
  • Maintenance of master data and processing of employee entries and exits
  • Preparation of various certificates in the field of payroll accounting
  • Written/telephone communication with health insurance companies, authorities, etc.
  • You support the financial accounting department and independently book creditor and debtor invoices (Simba program)
  • Assistance in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Account reconciliation and maintenance

Y o u r B a c k g r o u n d

  • You are familiar with all tax, labor, and social security law issues
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • You have previous professional experience in payroll accounting/financial accounting
  • Discretion, reliability, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility are your strengths
  • You have a selfsufficient and efficient working style, analytical thinking, a strong affinity for numbers, and attention to detail
