We operate youth centers and other open children and youth work offerings in various locations in the district of Hamburg-Wandsbek.


Responsibilities:

(Social) pedagogue as team leader in a young team with a focus on sports
Supervision, counseling, and guidance of our visitors and staff (pedagogues, freelance workers, and interns)
Development and guidance of interest groups
Responsibility for activities at the youth center
Development of new concepts and the location


Qualifications:

Completed degree (Bachelor's or Master's)


Personal requirements:

Openness towards children and youth
Experience from personal involvement in sports
Willingness to work in the evenings and on weekends
Leadership, teamwork, organizational skills, and responsible actions
This position is also suitable for a dedicated graduate.
