    Position Purpose

    The Warehouse Manager oversees the daily operations of the warehouse.

    Warehouse Manager Responsibilities

    ● Schedule, manage and oversee Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Staff (including freelance labor), and Drivers as related to the preparation, set-up, strike and post cleaning of each event.

    ● Responsibilities include working on-site for events.

    ● Organize and maintain extensive decor inventory - ensure proper inventory control.

    ● Ensure JCO fleet of vehicles is properly maintained (gasoline, scheduled maintenance, cleanliness, etc.).

    ● Track, receive and manage all freight and normal warehouse deliveries (i.e. FedEx, UPS, Amazon, DHL, etc.)

    ● Schedule and manage pick up and receiving of florals and rentals. Schedule all rental returns.

    ● Implement and oversee warehouse safety and operational procedures including OSHA and DOT procedures.

    ● Manage warehouse daily workflow including event preparations - oversee pulling and packing inventory and loading trucks.

    ● Schedule and organize trucks as needed per event. Organize how trucks are loaded and labeled.

    ● Order and maintain warehouse supplies and off-site event supplies.

    ● Manage and maintain the budget provided per event to ensure maximum profitability. Organize and track expenses; provide reconciliation of all expenses at the end of each event. Classify and submit expenses to accounting.

    ● Track operating expenses related to daily warehouse operations.

    ● Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.

    ● Onboard new vendors and employees.

    ● Responsible for developing standard operating procedures for the warehouse operations.

    ● Performs other related duties as assigned.

    General Responsibilities + Requirements

    ● Assimilate into Jassi & Co Creative cultural foundation through understanding, supporting and participating in all elements of the JCO cornerstones.

    ● Maintain confidentiality and discretion on all personal matters.

    ● Complete quarterly goals sheet.

    ● Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in order to prepare correspondence as well as provide clear and meaningful instructions and guidance

    ● Always maintain a professional image in appearance/attire and conduct when dealing with clients and vendors

    ● Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.

    ● Interpersonal skills to provide overall client satisfaction.

    ● Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

    ● Extensive knowledge of warehouse operations, supply chain management, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems
