To strengthen our team in Gelsenkirchen, we are looking for a Shop Coordinator (m/f/d).


Your tasks:

  • Supervision of shop employees in daily business, projects and turnarounds
  • Ensuring occupational safety, health and environmental protection in the respective area of responsibility
  • Planning and supervision of the setup and dismantling of shops for projects and turnarounds
  • Planning and organizing transportation for daily rentals, projects, maintenance and material transfers
  • Continuous training and development of shop employees and recruitment
  • Optimal planning of the deployment of shop employees in coordination with the operational department
  • Contact person for all shop employees and contact person for shop software
  • Contact person for customers before, during and after turnarounds/projects
  • Proactive design and determination of the scope of a shop in consultation with sales/customers and the operational department

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training or several years of professional experience in shop management and planning (material and service)
  • Understanding of processes
  • Valid driver's license class B
  • Good knowledge of common office applications, especially Word and Excel
  • Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel within the region
  • High sense of responsibility for the safety equipment used
  • Experience in leading and motivating
