As a member of the Inside Sales team, you will be responsible for generating new leads and closing contracts with new partner salons in the CH&AT region.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for acquiring new customers from research to contract closure.
- You will make initial contact through phone calls and proactively search for new salons through various channels (e.g. social media).
- Your target audience ranges from small beauty salons to mediumsized businesses.
- You will explain our products to potential partners digitally and over the phone.
- You will document your activities in our CRM tool, "Salesforce."
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer contact is advantageous, but not mandatory, as we value your personality.
- You can impress decisionmakers with your empathetic and solutionoriented communication and always keep the needs of the customers in mind.
- You have a competitive mindset and enjoy working in a team and celebrating successes together.
- You are your own energy boost, and a "no" does not demotivate you, and you maintain a positive attitude.
- You are fluent in German and have good English skills (spoken and written). Any additional languages are a bonus, as our potential customers are diverse, and we love that.
