General Manager - Controlled Access Control
Citadel Access Solutions is a rapidly growing company focused on acquiring and growing Perimeter Access Control and overhead door companies in the United States. Citadel is backed by a substantial private equity partner with a long history of successful investments in similar industries. This is an opportunity to be a General Manager at one of Citadel's partner brands California Gate & Entry Systems.
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the location's day-to-day operations; the person is the key figure for the entire business. In addition to full P&L ownership, the existing business, although relatively small, is highly profitable and is targeted for aggressive expansion.
