Job Description
Job DescriptionWe are seeking passionate RBTs to join our innovative team empowering children with autism. At UNIFI, we take a compassionate, collaborative approach to care. If you share our commitment and enthusiasm for making a difference, we welcome you to apply.
At UNIFI, RBTs can grow their expertise while working on diverse programs tailored to each patient's needs. Our whole-child approach goes beyond just treating autism symptoms to understand and nurture the complete child. We also partner closely with each child's wider healthcare network to provide coordinated care that gives our patients the best chance at achieving positive outcomes. As part of our collaborative team, you can make an impact while expanding your skills and experience.
Who is UNIFI? AT UNIFI, WE ASPIRE FOR A CHILD'S FUTURE. We look beyond today's therapy session and seek to prepare children for their tomorrows. Our focus is on what their life could be and what they can become.
WE UNDERSTAND that autism is a whole-child condition that can result in chronic functional challenges to a child's behavior, health, and development, involving multiple service providers and has a substantial impact on the family.
UNIFI takes a "WHOLE LIFE" approach to our work with autistic children, developing a LIFE PLAN focused on function, family, fitness, and future. THE UNIFI LIFE PLAN respects our patient's individuality while building strengths, promoting resilience, and developing functional skills that enable the child to flourish on their own terms throughout their lifespan.
UNIFI is committed to living and breathing our values of Compassion, Acceptance, Reliability, and Effectiveness (C.A.R.E.) -- with our patients, their families, and our staff.
