    Job Overview:
    Moxie Pest Control is the fastest growing pest control company in the industry. We've been in business for 20 yrs, but still move like a start-up.

    We are looking to grow our team to meet the demands of a growing company that is doubling its sales year-over-year.

    This position requires someone that can work in a fast-paced start-up environment with little direction. Pro-actively finding solutions to problems is key to success in this role. No day will be the same

    In this role, you will be responsible for building a culture of continuous improvement.

    This starts by documenting all processes in flow charts, working with the training team to develop training materials and implementation plans.

    You are responsible for being the process change control for our Contact Center.


    Responsibilities and Duties:
    Maintain a customer centric mindset

    Center all decisions around the customer

    Create processes and maintain the database of processes

    Implement structured and repeatable process improvement system

    Educate leadership and the contact center on continuous improvement processes and culture

    Build out and optimize processes

    Document all processes

    Become the expert of all processes

    Analyze impact of proposed changes to processes to identify gaps and impacts of the changes

    Make recommendations to the Contact Center Leadership on operational opportunities primed for improvement and assist in building contact center strategy

    Deliver data status updates

    Work with training team to implement new processes and updates to current processes

    Maintain database of all processes in Zendesk

    Establish regular cadence to review processes for accuracy and update as needed

    Assist with operational tasks as needed

    Establish cadence to sit each contact center department to regularly assess process to ensure relevance

    Collaborate with L & D leadership and contact center leadership to ensure long term adoption of process changes


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in Business or other relevant degrees or 2-3 yrs equivalent experience

    Basic understanding of G-Suite applications (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets)

    Experience with Zendesk is preferred

    Six Sigma or Lean certified preferred, not required

    Hands-on experience managing timelines and deliverables

    Experience with writing P&P, process documentation

    Experience maintaining a knowledge base

    Proven track record of collaborating cross functionally

    Basic understanding of telephony systems and call routing

    Basic understanding of CRM
