- Counts and verifies all incoming packages to the client and inspects for any visible damage.
- Review incoming receipts and verify that the client part number, manufacturer part number, and packing slip all match; the quantity also matches the client purchase order and the receipt entry screen.
- Verify that parts meet all quality code requirements and enter the Date Code and the Lot Code for tracking, as required per the receipt.
- Receives material against the Purchase Orders using the MES software.
- Adheres to the MSL and Shelf Life Labels according to the Receiving Procedure.
- Place parts/materials/supplies on stocking carts according to the location given by the computer.
- Notify other departments via email when material or supplies are received for those areas.
- Investigate any Receiving Discrepancies.
- Trains and assists other Receiving Clerks.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- High school Diploma required.
- A one-year college or technical school certificate, plus three to six months of related experience and training.
- Must be able to use simple math. Computer knowledge of Windows and Excel are required. Knowledge of electronic components is preferred. Must be aware of, and observe ESD precautions.
