- Design and share engaging content on digital signage, internal communication platforms, intranet sites, and emails.
- Lead content management for designated Marketing channels, proposing strategic improvements and identifying growth opportunities.
- Maintain and update a detailed content schedule covering weekly, monthly, and annual timelines.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Department members and leadership to align messaging and communication goals.
- Act as a crucial link between the Corporate Communications team and stakeholders at various levels and roles within the Company.
- Ensure timely maintenance of communication channels, addressing issues promptly as needed.
- Integrate feedback and incorporate stylistic revisions into future tasks.
- Thoroughly proofread all content to maintain accuracy and quality.
- Enforce the department's style guide for consistency in grammar, punctuation, formatting, and spelling.
- Contribute to or oversee special projects as assigned.
- B.A. in Graphic Design, Communications, Digital Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field from a four-year college or university, or equivalent education and experience.
- Three years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft, and Windows systems.
- Preferred knowledge of project management and proofing tools.
- Demonstrated strong project management skills, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

About the Role:
Globe Life is seeking an experienced Visual Content Specialist to join our team.
As a Visual Content Specialist, you will be in charge of designing and managing multichannel communications to enhance employee engagement. Your corporate design background will be crucial in curating content for internal communication platforms such as digital signage, the employee intranet, newsletters, employee alerts, and emails.
Note: This is a hybrid role based in McKinney, Texas with work from home options on Mondays and Fridays, and in-office presence on Tuesdays through Thursdays.
