JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing outstanding guest service and ensuring high-quality food and beverage service to all our guests.

JOB DUTIES:

Supervising Bartenders and servers through entirety of service
Assist with POS System voids/comps/etc.
Touching tables/conversing with guests/receiving feedback
Ensuring guest satisfaction
Helping staff set up lounge for service
Directing staff to ensure prompt service
Following Gather & Hem training guidelines for consistent results

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 21 years of age.
US work authorization required.
Must meet grooming standards.
Able to work as part of a team.
Able to work with little or no supervision.
Minimum 6 months previous bartending experience in a similar setting required.
Solid knowledge of wines and craft cocktails is required.
Previous hotel/resort experience (preferred).
Alcohol & Food Safety certification is a plus, but not required.
Able to prioritize, organize, and followup.
Strong attention to detail and ability to make concise decisions.
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms.
Able to demonstrate high energy and strong enthusiasm for customer service.
Able to work on your feet for extended periods.
Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

As a Gather & Hem employee, you will be required to take and pass menu knowledge quizzes.

Training material will be provided on your first day and you will be required to study for the quizzes during non-work hours.

A maximum of 2 hours of training pay will be allowed for each quiz. You will be required to successfully pass 4 quizzes within 5 days with a passing grade of 85%. Failure to successfully complete each quiz (4) will result in termination.
