    Summary

    As an Associate Director, CXS PMO, you drive the delivery of complex portfolio programs and transformational projects for some of our most critical deliverables. You will focus on the highly collaborative PMO team that helps drive forward projects to support the growth and scalability of the CXS portfolio. This role will involve becoming a trusted colleague in the product delivery organization, including development and product management, and closely partnering with them to understand and translate needs into our objectives and programs. You will routinely interact with and advise senior and executive CXS leadership and stakeholders. You will be the escalation point for your team, a key influencer of the cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Sales, and group functional departments. You will steer the transformation of the PMO team through new technology, processes, and procedures, focused on delivering on time and with quality. This role will drive the CXS group strategy by implementing key initiatives and continuous improvements. Lastly, the Associate Director, CXS PMO, will support, adopt, improve, and apply industry best practices in processes, procedures, and reporting to oversee and manage Anaxi CXS's portfolio of projects.

    What you'll do

    • Oversee all program management activities, including planning, decision-making, metrics reporting, and global risk management for programs and projects within the CXS division.
    • Maintains project management governance by managing guidelines to ensure consistency, transparency, stewardship, and risk mitigation.
    • Create a framework to manage prioritized and business-as-usual programs, including scope, resource management, and delivery cost.
    • Prioritizes initiatives and ensures that they are aligned with strategic business objectives.
    • Manages resources to ensure supply meets business demand based on the prioritized initiatives.
    • Foster leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen while setting high standards that drive alignment, collaboration, accountability, and goal achievement within Project teams.
    • Reporting and presentation of program information to the Executive Team, department heads, and other key stakeholders.
    • Leads with an analytical approach to data, including project budgets, issues, risks, schedules, and resource allocation.
    • Strategic thinker who deeply understands the root causes of systematic issues, identifies solutions and applies fixes.
    • Accurately document the project's creation, development, and execution and the project's scope, budget, and justification.
    • Matrix management across the global CXS PMO organization.

    What we're looking for

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.
    • 15+ years of product delivery experience with increased accountability.
    • 5+ years of leadership experience overseeing PMO for a global organization.
    • Experience leading Executive level Program Governance.
    • Experience managing technology projects, preferably in the software industry.
    • Extensive experience in the full life cycle of project management, including planning, budgeting, and estimating.
    • Well-versed with agile as well as traditional project management methodologies.
    • Strong knowledge of Jira, Tempo, Confluence, Git Hub, Tableau, or a similar management/BI system required.
    • Well-balanced department manager who can roll up their sleeves and contribute to the details while supporting the big picture.
    • Experience driving mid-scale, high-volume projects within a highly complex, regulated environment.
    • An avid problem solver who monitors performance and goal alignment to lead the team to deliver excellence.
    • Strategic thinker who builds a culture of evidence by asking questions and sharpening everyone's view of what we are doing and why.
    • Master communicator: you can communicate at all levels of an organization, tailoring your communication and information based on audience.
    • Possesses strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct root-cause analysis on complex subjects and translate findings into appropriate action.
    • Excellent presentation, communication, organization, and attention to detail.
    • Extensive experience in stakeholder management, including upward stakeholder management.
    • Comfortable leading a team in adherence to governance and process.
