    Our client, a reputable legal non-profit organization, is is search of a Payroll Coordinator to join their team for a temporary opportunity

    Position Title: Payroll Coordinator Temp

    Position Location: Philadelphia, PA 19102

    • Hybrid after training | 2 in office & 3 remote days
    • Expect to be onsite full-time during training (1-3 weeks)

    Start Date: ASAP

    # of Positions: 1

    Contract, CTH or Perm: Contract to possible hire (based on business needs and performance)

    Pay Rate: $19 - $22/hour

    Work Shift and Days: M-F, normal business hours | 1 hour lunch breaks

    • 37.5 hour work week

    Job Details

    • Working with the HR team
    • Time and attendance daily for 200 employees
    • Updating employee records
    • Processing payroll
    • A lot of the data entry and record maintenance in ADP. Will likely be cross trained on other HR & Accounting functions depending on strengths.

    Must Haves:

    • ADP Workforce Now highly highly preferred
    • 1-2 years of experience supporting payroll or running payroll & updating employee records within ADP
    • Microsoft office experience – proficient within that
    • Admin skills – organization, time management, etc.
