- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local environmental regulations under various acts such as Clean Water Act (CWA), Clean Air Act (CAA), Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Oil Pollution Act (OPA), Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), and the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA).
- Maintain necessary environmental data and submit required reports.
- Supervise infrastructure projects ensuring compliance with air, water, and waste regulations.
- Manage consultants for timely project completion within budget.
- Serve as the primary contact for regulatory interactions to ensure program compliance.
- Analyze environmental data to support reporting and ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct environmental training programs.
- Participate in environmental audit programs and manage corrective actions.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for environmental compliance.
- Integrate environmental software solutions for improved business performance.
- Oversee wastewater treatment operations.
- Lead Sustainability Program and support spill response coordination.
- Assist in Safety and SMS related projects and processes.
- Coordinate environmental data collection from other Gulfstream locations.
- Maintain corporate databases and licensure requirements as needed.
- Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
- Proficiency in ISO 14001 EMS requirements.
- Professional Certification preferred.
- Experience in air emissions, pollution control, permitting, and waste water treatment.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Access, and Web-based Software Solutions.
