We are a family-run modern center for AHB and REHA with a focus on internal oncology, gynecology, gastroenterology, diabetology, nutritional medicine, and cardiopulmonary diseases, as well as orthopedics and trauma surgery, and can accommodate over 350 patients.
Together, we aim to support our rehabilitation patients in their recovery, promote their health, and contribute to societal health promotion.
And for that, we need you
We are currently looking for a full-time or part-time
Reception and Admission Management Employee (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.
These diverse tasks await you:
- Issuing certificates
- Filling out followup applications
- Initial admission of new patients
- Scheduling of medical admissions
- Handling all modalities for patient arrivals and departures
- Registration and billing of telephone and television contracts
- Telephone service
- Distribution of mail
- Handling correspondence as part of normal office work
What you should bring:
- Friendly demeanor
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
- Good MS Office skills
- Time flexibility (shift work between 6:30 am 6:30 pm)
- Teamwork skills
- Thorough and reliable work ethic
