- Support and administer M365 environment.
- Support and administer Microsoft Defender for O365.
- Support and administer Microsoft InTune environment.
- Provide guidance on best practices.
- Monitor for security risks (i.e. safe links, safe attachments, MFA, Defender).
- Troubleshoot issues (i.e. email delivery, etc.)
- Support L1 Team User & Group administration.
- 5+ years experience
- Experience in Exchange Online administration.
- Experience in SharePoint Online administration.
- Experience in Teams administration.
- Experience in Security administration (Email & Collaboration).
- Experience in Compliance administration (DLP, Information Protection, Data Lifecycle Management, Vulnerability Remediation).
- Experience in Azure AD (Group Management, App Registrations).
- Experience in SharePoint 2013 Server support (in-flight migration project to decommission SP2013).
- Experience in Endpoint services (Intune for iOS).
- Experience in Office 365 Mobile and Desktop applications and add-ins
- Experience in Power Platform administration (DLP Polices, Environment settings, supporting PowerAutomate Flows, PowerApps).
- Proficient in PowerShell for basic commands/scripting.
- M365 (Azure, Entra, Exchange, etc.)
- Microsoft Defender
