Billing Specialist / Project Assistant
Westwood Professional Services, Inc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare/assist with monthly invoice and supporting information creation and distribute invoices to project managers for updates and approvals.
- ERP (VantagePoint) entry, tracking, and data management.
- Support project managers, subconsultants, and clients with billing questions and issues.
- Assist Project Managers with project and contract administration setup.
- Complete, obtain signatures, and redistribute lien waivers back to project managers and clients.
- Prepare/assist with monthly monitoring and follow up on outstanding A/R balances.
- Prepare/assist with month end reporting and statements.
- Other misc. administrative and operational functions as assigned.
Required Experience:
- A background in accounting and 4+ years of billing experience.
- Must have exceptional organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment; meeting deadlines is crucial.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- The ability to work with a diverse team of multiple project managers.
- Effective team member who displays initiative and acts with integrity.
- Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint business software is a plus but not required.
Compensation Range Minimum:
USD $25.00/Hr
Compensation Range Maximum:
