    H&K Equipment, Inc. is Pittsburghs number one mobile material handling equipment dealership that specializes in the selling, leasing, refurbishing, and servicing of industrial equipment and mobile construction machinery including forklift trucks, container handlers, railcar movers, industrial floor sweepers and scrubbers, yard spotter trucks and even high-end granite countertops. H&K Equipment is a proud member of the H&K Equipment Group which is comprised of five separate operating companies located throughout the mid-Atlantic with locations in Pittsburgh, West Virginia, Baltimore, Harrisburg, Allentown, Philadelphia, Syracuse, and New England. We proudly employ over 350 people.

    We are seeking an entry level Customer Service Coordinator for immediate hireat our Coraopolis, PA location. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our Service Department by answering calls, entering service repair quotes and following up with customers in a timely manner. This position requires a person that can multi-task, be well organized, and be able to effectively communicate with our customers, field service technicians, parts department, and management team. Great opportunity to get in on the ground floor at one of Pittsburghs largest equipment dealer. Schedule will be Monday-Friday 7:30A-4:30P.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Take in-bound customer calls for service requests, and open new service orders as needed.
    • Data entry of field service estimates, quotes for approval, and process
    • Submit and follow-up for the approval of pending Customer Service Estimates.
    • Monitor and process work orders, and coordinate with internal parts department and field technicians
    • Work closely with, and provide backup support to dispatchers, service technicians and team
    • Assist the service team with parts expediting as needed.
    • Utilize the Dispatch Board for Work-in-Process (WIP)
    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
    • Solid attention to detail
    • Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and pressures
    • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and comfortable learning new programs
    • Dealership experience helpful, but not necessary
    • Mechanical background helpful, but not necessary
    • High School Diploma or equivalency
