- Provide support to PMs in all facets of job, to include technical work and administrative management
- Communicate effectively with entire team and work in a collaborative environment
- Work with PMs to develop budgets, estimate at completions, and additional documentation throughout life cycles of options and projects
- Draft and work with PM to implement documentation for subcontractors including statements of work and deliverable requirements
- Assist PM to ensure deliverables are completed and submitted on time and in accordance with contractual requirements
- Work with PM to draft, submit, and track all procurements and travel documents through process including Requests to Initiate Purchase (RIPs); Travel Authorization Requests (TARs); Purchase Requests (PRs) and Purchase Change Requests (PCRs) Required Skills/Experience
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Familiarity with reviewing and editing technical documentation
- Must be highly organized with the ability to balance multiple tasks with competing priority levels in support of Project Managers
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Possess excellent data management, problem solving, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain a DoD secret security clearance
- 3+ years of project support in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and show initiative Desired Skills/Experience
- Associate's degree or higher in business or other technical related fields
