What is the position? We are currently seeking a Business Process Consultant that will lead, coordinate, communicate, integrate, and be accountable for consulting with customers and developing process solutions that support the needs of their business and for facilitating successful project outcomes within a ServiceNow environment
What will I get to do?

• Assist the Business process consultants with diverse responsibilities focused on business process analysis
• Perform consulting to customers on industry best practices
• Facilitate technology requirements gathering and documentation, and ensuring that ISM-defined processes and solutions are optimized for our client's long-term success.
• Serve in multiple roles and capacities within our typical ServiceNow implementation engagement, including, but not limited to, process consultant, engagement manager, business analyst, testing and/or training coordinator, and organizational change management facilitator

What qualifications do I need?

• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to pass an extensive federal government e-QIP background check.
• Must have an active DOD Secret clearance

(NO EXCEPTIONS)

• 5+ years; demonstrated business process consulting experience
• 3 plus years ServiceNow process consulting in ITSM, ITBM or equivalent What additional characteristics will help me thrive?
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• PMP certification
