- Learn and
- Maintenance and Enhancement: Support the maintenance of ServiceNow applications, including troubleshooting issues, applying patches, and performing upgrades as directed.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with the development team and other stakeholders, contributing to the development process and participating in Agile ceremonies.
- Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for system configurations, development processes, and user guides to ensure effective knowledge sharing and system maintenance.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in testing and quality assurance processes for ServiceNow applications, identifying and documenting bugs and issues for resolution. What qualifications do I need?
- Must have the ability to pass a background check and obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or other engineering or technical discipline is required).
- 3 years of relevant experience.
- 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
- Experience in analyzing customer needs and developing overall concept and design objectives.
- Effectively create software in a variety of programming languages and for a variety of IT software applications.
- Experience in debugging and correcting errors in computer programs.
- ServiceNow Application Developer Certification (CAD) is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. What additional characteristics will help me thrive?
- ITIL v3 and/or ITIL v4 Certification(s).
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA), preferable.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and an understanding of web technologies, with a willingness to learn and apply new skills in ServiceNow development.
