Your responsibilities:

You will handle customer inquiries via phone and email
You will also be responsible for document processing and managing existing contracts
Complaint management and processing will be part of your daily tasks
You will provide information on invoice inquiries, products, prices, and existing rates
Ensuring customer care and satisfaction will fall under your responsibility

Your profile:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g. automotive salesman m/f/d, office clerk m/f/d)
You are communicative and enjoy working with customers (via email and phone)
You have good computer skills (MS Office)
You have a conscientious, structured, and careful work ethic
You are interested in learning more about cars and working in the mobility service industry
