Job Description:
Responsible for leading a team of product designers and contributing as a designer to our website and apps.

of a small team and individual contributor this person will work as part of a cross-functional product family framing and solving hard problems.

They will drive innovative design experiences that are easy to use, accessible and exhibit strong visual design. They will use qualitative and quantitative data to uncover new value with new kinds of experiences. They will also work in an agile environment helping plan and deliver work in two week spring cycles.

Develops and coaches teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manages risk within the teams you oversee.

Lead a team of product designers to create experiences that are easy to use, accessible and exhibit strong visual design
Develop design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and other UX / UI design deliverables in Figma and other tools.
Understands the target users' needs, motivations, and behaviors as it relates to a specific project or area. Partners with Experience Design team to identify key deliverables and experiences and prioritizes with product teams. Utilizes user research and / or A/B testing to present and validate design solutions.

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Information Technology
~ 8+ years of experience in Product design, UX/UI across desktop and mobile web and native applications
~3+ years of people management experience
~ In Lieu of Education-12+ years of Product design, UX/UI across desktop and mobile web and native applications
