Springfield Technical Product Designer Apprenticeship (m/f/d)

As a technical product designer at Thonet, you will be involved in the development of new furniture. Using a 3D CAD program, you will create drawings and translate design specifications into technical solutions.

You will also be responsible for custom-made products as part of the project and planning team, particularly in the area of conference and large-scale seating.

Customer requests will be visualized using the CAD program and then translated into technical drawings, which will serve as the basis for the production and assembly of the products.

Close collaboration with our production departments is crucial in both areas.

Requirements:

Good secondary school diploma or higher degree, or technical school degree in wood technology
Technical understanding and spatial imagination
Enjoyment of precise, analytical thinking and good knowledge of mathematics

Duration of apprenticeship: 3 1/2 years
