    Description

    As a Sales Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of MelodyArc's growth in revolutionizing customer support. This role focuses on generating interest and identifying high-potential businesses, verticals and markets, while developing and executing outbound strategies to bring them to MelodyArc.

    Develop and lead campaigns from idea-generation through to qualified calls and determine how best to scale them. Identify and reach out to potential leads through various channels. Build and nurture relationships with prospective customers by identifying the key benefits of MelodyArc for your prospects. Pre-qualify leads based on their challenges and fit, then pass them on to the Account Executive team for further engagement. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of leads. Provide feedback from the market to help shape outreach strategies and refine messaging. Develop and codify best practices and sales workflows for scaled and bespoke interactions with prospects.

    Report to and work directly with the Chief Commercial Officer & Co-Founder. This is a remote position within the United States.

    Basic Qualifications

    • 1-3 years of experience in lead generation or sales development roles, preferably for high-growth software solutions
    • Experience in initiating conversations and building relationships with potential customers
    • Ability to understand and articulate the value proposition of MelodyArc to prospective clients
    • Natural entrepreneurial instincts; desire to learn and evolve outreach techniques
    • Self-starter who is able to operate in a hyper growth environment
    • Strong interest in e-commerce, consumer businesses, and/or customer experience

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in e-commerce
    • Experience in customer support or CRM technology

    The annual US expected salary is between $55,000 to $75,000 based on qualifications and experience. As an early member of the team, equity compensation may be available. The range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ('OTE') range, meaning that the range includes both the incentive targets and annual base salary for the role.
