    Description

    The Role
    As a Sales Development Representative at Apploi, you will drive Apploi's future growth by working with the marketing and sales team to build pipeline. You are passionate about speaking to people, and capable of identifying great new opportunities for Apploi in the healthcare industry. You love being on the phone and aren't afraid to make over 100+ outbound calls a day. You are focused, thoughtful, inquisitive, and confident.
    As a Sales Development Representative you will not only gain expertise and experience on prospecting and selling, but also mentorship and training from a team of leading entrepreneurs and sales experts. This person has a highly entrepreneurial spirit with a data-driven mindset. You focus on quality and you're a strong team player, willing to roll up your sleeves to help get work done.
    Responsibilities:

    • Prospect, qualify and proactively engage new healthcare contacts and accounts, introducing them to Apploi
    • Develop and execute outbound strategies in an effort to set qualified meetings
    • Actively test and employ new outbound campaigns and content
    • Actively make over 300+ outbound touches per week, confidently ready to engage new customers
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce + Hubspot
    • Become a product expert of Apploi and seamlessly verbalize our value proposition
    • Travel to and work industry trade shows and conferences


    Accountabilities

    • Daily and weekly activity metrics
    • Quantity and quality of discovery meetings scheduled
    • Qualified sales opportunities resulting from personal outbound efforts


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Passion, energy, great work ethic, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing start-up environment
    • Entrepreneurial spirit
    • Must be driven and self-motivated
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Very strong listening skills to understand the opportunity, and the needs of prospects
    • Able to understand/explain concepts and ideas in a clear, concise, and logical manner
