    Gpac is partnered with one of the top community banks in the market that is looking to hire an experienced Commercial Loan Officer to their team

    Job Responsibilities

    Makes and services commercial loans.
    Interviews applicants to develop information regarding their business, lending needs, earnings and creditworthiness.
    Approves/rejects loans within lending authority.
    Maintains customer relationships throughout the loan process
    May provide financial advice and counsel to customers
    Operates with the highest lending authority and works independently
    Often provide guidance and training to more junior lenders and may function as a team leader
    Capable of functioning in a high level, fast paced environment

    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent
    Three or more years of commercial lending experience or 10 years of banking experience.
    Excellent negotiator who possesses strong closing skills
    Have knowledge of current lending laws
    Excellent communication skills with ability to relate to people at all levels of an organization
    Ability to exercise patience with clients
    Meeting with clients at various destinations
