    We are seeking a Director Of Operations to become an integral part of our team You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations.


    Responsibilities:
    Manage and improve operational practices
    Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
    Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
    Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams
    Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations
    Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
    Understand, plan, and monitor the day-to-day running of the staffing business to ensure smooth progress

    Directs the activities of assigned departments through subordinate managers and supervisors; selects staff and evaluates performance; reviews and takes action on disciplinary matters.

    Identify process optimization and cost reduction opportunities in collaboration with superiors.
    Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
    Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
    Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting key performance indicators

    Qualifications:
    Proven experience as Staffing Director of Operation or equivalent position
    Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
    Outstanding communication and people skills
    Working knowledge of data analysis and

    performance/operation

    metrics
    Familiarity with MS Office, Excel, and various business software (e.g. ADP, Kronos, etc)
