- Manage and improve operational practices
- Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
- Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
- Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams
- Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations
- Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
- Understand, plan, and monitor the day-to-day running of the staffing business to ensure smooth progress
- Directs the activities of assigned departments through subordinate managers and supervisors; selects staff and evaluates performance; reviews and takes action on disciplinary matters.
- Identify process optimization and cost reduction opportunities in collaboration with superiors.
- Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
- Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
- Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting key performance indicators
- Proven experience as Staffing Director of Operation or equivalent position
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Familiarity with MS Office, Excel, and various business software (e.g. ADP, Kronos, etc)
