The
care facility St.
Vinzenz in
Augsburg offers living and care spaces for elderly and dependent individuals. Currently, many of our older sisters of the order reside here.

We are looking for a full-time or part-time


Group Home Manager (m/f/d)


Your responsibilities:


  • Planning and implementation of professional care and support for the residents of the group home
  • Coordination and management of nursing tasks and organizational processes within the group home
  • Motivational leadership to ensure that the nursing team provides professional and valueoriented work for the residents
  • Collaboration with other group homes, other areas of the facility, and within the management team
  • Support of processes using the CMC quality management system

We expect:


  • Completed training as a specialist in elderly or nursing care
  • Enjoyment of innovative leadership and participation in new processes
  • Leadership qualities and confident demeanor, combined with social competence and responsibility
  • Communication and cooperation skills, as well as organizational skills
  • Motivation and creativity for your area of responsibility
  • Ability to empathize with the lives of elderly and dependent residents and treat them with respect, appreciation, and love
