We have been filling vacant personnel requirements for our clients in the fields of tax consulting, banking, legal & office, and real estate since 1994.

Our client is a traditional bank that also offers a modern mix of digital customer service and personal consultation through branch sales.

As part of a succession plan, we are looking for a Product Manager (m/f/d) for the bank's passive business, with a focus on securities.

Your responsibilities:

You maintain the product range in the retail business, including securities consulting and fund sales, and further develop the product portfolio in terms of competition and regulatory requirements.
You develop new business areas and sales strategies for specific target groups in the retail business.
You systematically introduce and further develop product, tariff, and service offerings in the retail business and securities consulting of the bank.
You conceptualize, design, and introduce new tariffs and products.
You continuously monitor and analyze the market and competitive environment.
You act as a driver of innovation for product and campaign management in the passive business and securities consulting.
You are the central point of contact for all productrelated questions and act as a liaison between internal departments and external partners and service providers.
Through careful market and competition observation, you derive potential product trends and action alternatives in line with market and customer needs.
You proactively develop ideas for liquid investment instruments and marketing opportunities for investment ideas in sales units, including conducting product presentations and trainings.
