    You will be an important contributor that helps to define the Customer Service Center (CSC) long-term Strategic roadmap and the development of large-scale projects.

    Build data-driven hypothesis of CSC strategies and supporting postmortem analyses of implementations to understand impact to financial and operating KPIs.

    You will report to the Senior Manager, Customer Experience Strategy. This is a hybrid role at our Lake Forest, IL location.


    You Will:
    Build comprehensive analyses using multiple data sources, including voice of the customer, operating metrics, and financial performance Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to assess current state and build recommendations Effectively communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across Grainger Identify opportunities to collaborate with other teams on strategic initiatives to develop scale and consistency Recommend actions and lead initiatives to continually enhance the customer experience

    You Have: 3+ years of work experience in customer and business analyses Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, or related field.

    Master's degree in statistics, economics, or analytics Strong technical and analytical skills, including use of SQL and PowerBI Documented experience working collaboratively to develop insights, assess current state, and build recommendations An ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity to identify trends, insights, and priorities Proven communication and storytelling skills and an ability to distill large quantities of information into a cohesive narrative Rewards and Benefits:
