Operations Manager Position at All Clean

Introduction:

The Operations Manager is a key role within the Operations department at All Clean. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager and with a direct line to the Sr. Vice President of Operations, the Operations Manager plays a vital role in managing relationships with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.

Job Summary:

As an Operations Manager at All Clean, you will be responsible for overseeing service operations in an assigned area. Your duties will include hiring, training, and supervising hourly associates, ensuring work meets company standards, and even getting hands-on with project work such as carpet cleaning and floor maintenance.

Minimum Job Specifications:

To be considered for the Operations Manager position, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference given to candidates with additional college or technical training. Previous experience managing hourly personnel in a service industry is required, with floor work experience being a plus.

Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Effective communication, customer service, and Microsoft Office proficiency

Responsibilities:

As an Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include scheduling, managing equipment and supplies, hiring and training staff, ensuring safety procedures are followed, conducting performance evaluations, and identifying new project opportunities for customers.

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Integrity, motivation, and a positive team player
Customer service experience and problem-solving skills

Desired Qualifications:

Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Ability to work autonomously and in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000 per year with additional incentives
