Your responsibilities

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the overall customer care
You will primarily act as the main point of contact for a selected group of customers and handle the entire order processing
You will handle returns and complaints, coordinate appointments, and handle all written and telephone correspondence
Additionally, you will create credit notes, check incoming invoices, and maintain master data

Your qualifications

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant, and have professional experience in the described field of work
You have a good command of MS Office programs and possess strong English skills, which you can confidently apply when needed
You are communicative and impress as a Key Account Manager with your independent and flexible working style
